Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of our digital coaching programs, masterclasses, and psychological frameworks, our policy is as follows:

• No refunds will be provided once access to the digital platform, materials, or course area is granted.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked 1-on-1 session or consultation:

• All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent formally via email to our official support address.
• Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to avoid forfeiture of the session.
